Here is some helpful
information to give you a little head start:
Visitors and members may park anywhere in front or side of the church building with respect to handicap parking spaces. There is additional parking located in the lot just to the West of the church.
The church entrance
When you arrive, look for a greeter or usher, they will be looking for you. Don't worry about what you're wearing...just come on in, our doors are open to everyone. If this is your first time in a church, the first time in a longtime, or you're just looking for a new church...it doesn't matter, you are welcome here. Make sure to fill out the pad located at the end of your pew so we can stay in touch with you after your visit.
• Holy Communion is served
every Sunday of every month. As
Lutherans, we confess our belief that the Holy Eucharist
(also called the Lord's Supper and Holy Communion) is the place
where Our Lord Jesus is truly present (real presence).
ALL BAPTIZED people, who believe in Christ and share our
beliefs concerning this sacrament, are invited and encouraged to
participate in the Eucharist. This includes members of other
Lutheran churches and members of other denominations.
Young children are also invited to share in this
celebration and may receive the sacrament if they,
with their families, have received appropriate instruction.
Communion is by Intinction. We offer wine or white grape
• We welcome collections
of non-perishable foods for our local food pantry. There is
always a list in the back of the bulletins and in our monthly
Newsletter. The collection box is located in the Narthex.
• Restrooms are located
in our Parish Hall building just next to the church.
• Children are allowed to stay in the sanctuary during worship and join us in communion. There is a special time just for the kids during the service. We do offer child care in the Parish Hall if the need arises.
